1. Who We Are
This site is run by Cyndilu Miller (that’s me!), sharing resources, creativity, encouragement, and sometimes offering products or services like coaching, courses, downloads, or books.
2. Using This Site
You agree to use this site for good, not mischief. Don’t copy, steal, or re-sell my content without permission. Sharing with proper credit is always welcome! You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site.
3. Products, Services & Payments
If you purchase a course, download, or service, you agree to pay the listed price.
Refunds: Digital products are non-refundable. Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Refunds are not given however ongoing support is offered until your project is complete or we have exhausted my knowledge base and ability to assist you.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, courses, books, and materials here are owned by me (unless otherwise noted). You’re welcome to enjoy them for personal use but not to redistribute or claim them as your own.
5. No Guarantees
I share tips, encouragement, and resources to help you grow and be bold. But I can’t guarantee results—what you do with the information is up to you. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or medical advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
I do my best to keep everything accurate and helpful, but I’m not liable for any losses, damages, or “oops” moments that come from using this site or my resources.
7. Links to Other Sites
Sometimes I share affiliate links (like Canva, AWeber, etc.). If you click and purchase, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only share resources I genuinely like and recommend. If you purchase an item that I have recommended check the LOL Live Online Learning YT channel as there may be tutorials to help you there.
8. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. If it’s a big change, I’ll let you know on the site. Keep checking in if you want to stay current.
